Finals Season Sanity Checklist

With finals literally at our doorstep . . . I have one tomorrow.

It's super important to set goals and keep ourselves accountable and I'm not talking about study goals (hopefully you have those too).


Here's my finals checklist that I follow to make sure I don't get sad or go insane:


  • Go outside even if it's just for a few seconds

  • Even better: Go on a walk or a run even just around the block or to the library (two in one!)

  • Study somewhere that's not your room (and if you are in your room study at your desk! Not on your bed)

  • Talk to someone who isnt your roommate

  • Eat 3 full meals

  • Drink water

  • Take a break

  • Make sure your posture is good

  • Most important: GET SOME SLEEP


Good luck to everyone on your exams, you'll all do amazing!!! Just 18 days (less than that for some of you) till the end of the semester, you've got this.
